ONCE UPON A TIME,
(a long, long time ago)
I was a beauty therapist working full time building someone else's dream.
It was long hours, little pay and when I first realised that I was made for MORE.
Don't get me wrong, from the age of 18 - 21 working in salons is what I loved. The sounds of the calming music, the divine scent of beauty products and candles combined with helping people relax and feel pampered is what I lived for back then.
I loved what I did, however I didn't love trading my hours for dollars, having a cap on my income, limited freedom and flexibility and the idea of working 40+ hours a week for someone else instead, of for myself.
Ever since then I've been on a mission to create my life by design, and empower others to do the same.
When I look at my life now, it's everything and more that I dreamed of building back then.
What I love most, is the freedom both my hubby and I have created in our lives over the years. The freedom to live life on our own terms, work around our family and build businesses that have allowed us to grow into the best version of ourselves along the way.
My journey has taken me from the beauty industry to the wedding industry, to online courses and network marketing. Now my most purpose driven work is empowering women globally to say "NO" to down playing their dreams and 'YES" to a life fully lived.
To build an extraordinary life, first you need to build your vision of what you'd truly love. After that, it's all about finding the courage to take the journey of becoming who you need to be in order to LIVE your dream.
